My process started with a pen-and-paper round that was split between aptitude and programming.

The aptitude section had 25 questions in 20 minutes, and the programming section also had 25 questions in 20 minutes. I qualified that first round.

There were a lot of people—around 150—and only 17 got shortlisted. From there, the plan was to move into HR and TR rounds, and only people who made it through both were supposed to be considered. What made it feel awful was that they ended up running out of time and didn’t fully take people through both rounds. I never got the chance to complete the intended sequence, and the whole experience left me feeling like the process wasn’t handled well.
