The hiring process I went through felt very simple compared to what I’d heard from other places.

There was an overall preference for freshers and people from the local Hyderabad area, and it seemed like the company was mostly recruiting through existing employees and campus channels rather than running elaborate processes for everyone.

Because of that, the interview experience itself didn’t come across as high-friction or unusually complex. I didn’t have to jump through a long chain of steps, and the overall context felt straightforward.

I ended up getting an offer. Looking back, the most memorable part wasn’t a specific question—it was how streamlined the whole process felt.
