Detroit, MIPosted Mar 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a technical phone interview that was pretty basic and scheduled for about an hour at a time that worked for me.

The overall vibe was pleasant and easygoing, but the conversation stayed at the surface level—more like confirming fit than pushing into deep problem solving.

After that call, I simply wasn’t contacted for any follow-up interview. I never got a clear explanation or additional rounds, so the process felt like it ended abruptly.

No offer came out of it, and the main reflection I’m left with is that the format was comfortable, but it didn’t translate into continued evaluation on their side.
