Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE Software Engineer interview experience

I believed I was prepared mainly around my projects, but it didn’t seem like the interviewers spent much time on that material in my session.

The process ended without an offer, and what stuck with me was the contrast: some panels seemed to go well, and I could see that other people I knew got selected. My honest takeaway was that even with preparation, the impact of panel style and what they choose to focus on can completely change how the interview feels.
