I had a couple of interviews that felt unfairly harsh and/or confusing, despite being described as easy, and the experience left me frustrated.

Career fair entry (single round) — My resume was selected from a career fair submission, then I did one interview and didn’t get a callback afterward.
CI/CD panel (rejection despite strong answers) — I was asked about CI/CD and end-to-end setup, including tools I used day to day; even with exact answers, I was rejected.
HR-to-leader flow + training — The process included an initial interview after HR, a final interview with a team leader, and then a training session of about two weeks. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that panel-to-panel
