San Jose, CAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process was fast and intense, and it ended up being pretty comprehensive.

Before the main rounds, I had an HR call where they talked through salary and location to make sure everything aligned. Then I moved into a sequence of five rounds—one with a manager and four with technical staff.

Every round ran long, over an hour each time, and the technical conversations were described as in-depth. The focus wasn’t limited to surface-level questions; it felt like they were probing for real understanding. Because there were so many technical touchpoints, the themes started to feel connected across the different interviewers, rather than each person asking totally unrelated
