After a recruiter call, I was given a homework task for three to five hours.

Once I passed it, they said I’d receive links to continue—live coding and a technical interview.

Instead, I waited about four full weeks just to get two links, which was incredibly frustrating because it meant I couldn’t move forward while the process stalled internally. I ended up withdrawing, because if even the scheduling mechanics required a dedicated team to send links and still failed, it made me question how smoothly the rest of the company operations could work.
