I completed a home assignment that they described as similar to what I’d do day to day.

The feedback I got on it was positive, and after that I moved into four interviews.

One technical stage focused on things without coding, then there was JavaScript coding, a system design round using a Miro whiteboard, and finally an executive round focused on soft skills. The mix felt broad, but because the home assignment feedback was encouraging, the subsequent rounds felt like a continuation rather than a restart.
