HDR Software Engineer interview experience

Instead of just role motivation and logistics, the conversation ended up running long and became a deep technical discussion with the potential manager.

The topics centered on thermofluids and CFD, and the questions got incredibly specific—down to very targeted topics around ANSYS Fluent. I remember leaving feeling like the bar was high and that the interviewer expected me to be comfortable with the tooling and the theory, not just to describe general familiarity.
