My process started with a take-home coding assessment that felt manageable, almost like it was designed to be completed without much drama.

After I submitted it, I was brought in for an in-person technical assessment where I went over my take-home work and then had to solve one more coding problem.

Once the technical parts were done, I moved into a behavioral interview and the questions were pretty standard. The overall sequence was clear enough and fairly compact, and even though I went through all the steps, I ultimately received an offer and felt like the decision came from how I performed across both the take-home and the live follow-up.
