LucknowPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced an easier, interview-friendly flow for a Software Engineer role, with networking/Java fundamentals and minimal pressure, completed quickly around early-to-mid January.

Online assessment (APT/Reasoning) — first I cleared an aptitude/reasoning step.
Technical round 1 — basic OOP and Java concepts.
Technical round 2 — a short programming task involving simple Java plus SQL.
Technical follow-up / topic Q&A — questions concentrated on networking concepts like switches, device communication, and related basics.
HR/document check — a brief HR/document verification step.
Outcome: I was not selected, but the rounds felt straightforward and I was able to communicate clearly and answer within the expected scope.
