BengaluruPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I cleared the technical rounds and then got stuck at the HR stage due to a delayed process and missed contact.

Technical rounds (2 completed) — I successfully passed two technical rounds.
HR discussion — After HR, I was given a promise package but told I would need to wait about a month.
Post-HR communication failure — When HR called later, I missed the call, and I never received a reply afterward.
Outcome-typical feel — The whole experience felt like wasted time because the pipeline stalled after I had already progressed. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that delays and missed follow-ups can break momentum even after you clear technical rounds.
