I joined a pool-campus style flow where the process started with a group interaction (JAM/GD) and then moved into multiple interview filters, with uneven difficulty.

Group discussion / JAM — a batch-based session where I had to participate actively.
Technical round (basic coding/programming languages) — questions focused on fundamentals, mainly Java, with some coding to write.
Technical filtering round — another technical stage used to filter further.
HR round — final HR conversation after the technical stages. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that you need to be ready for both basics and higher-variance evaluation across interviewers.
