I experienced HCLTech’s longer, elimination-style flow—starting with aptitude and ending with HR—taking about a couple of weeks depending on client priorities.

Aptitude / logical reasoning — I answered aptitude and logical reasoning questions, plus a programming-output style round.
Group discussion — I discussed a topic in a group format as an intermediate filter.
Technical panel (round 1) — I went into a technical panel where they checked my core tech-stack knowledge and how it matched my resume.
Technical panel (round 2) — I continued with a second technical evaluation focused on the same fundamentals and depth.
HR interview — I had an HR discussion including behavioral fit and logistics like availability.
