I experienced an unusual “training-to-selection” flow where rounds connected to training commitments, and expectations extended beyond just interviews.

Training + tests loop — I was told that after clearing initial placements, there would be a dotnet training phase with assessments again afterward.
Selection timeline + onboarding — I also went through a multi-round process (two technical rounds plus a longer interview) and eventually received an offer letter after a couple of months, followed by background verification. Outcome: One path didn’t convert (training/test loop stalled), while the other ended in an offer—overall, the process seemed longer and more dependent on readiness for training than typical interview-only
