HCLTech Software Engineer interview experience

The whole experience leaned heavily toward the technical rounds, and the screening didn’t feel like it was meant to be a deep assessment on its own.

I remember that feedback came within about a week, which made the waiting period short. The difficulty stayed in the average range for me, and the process felt fairly typical in pacing.

Even though it was organized, I didn’t receive an offer. The main thing I took away was that the technical signal mattered most, and if something wasn’t convincing there, the later steps didn’t compensate.
