IndiaPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an overall average-to-easy process that focused on explaining my background clearly and demonstrating basic problem-solving, and the interviewers were generally supportive.

Resume-based discussion — I explained my resume in detail and connected skills to the role.
Technical basics — questions stayed mostly at a basic-to-medium level of aptitude/problem solving.
Multiple technical touchpoints — a flow that included more than one technical step (described as two face-to-face checks) where core knowledge was enough to pass.
HR/comms (lightweight) — communication and basic cultural/fit discussion.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in these experiences, but the takeaway was that clarity about your skills and staying within fundamentals
