I experienced a structured face-to-face progression for the Software Engineer role, starting with a written test and then moving through SQL-heavy interviews.

Written test — first step using a written assessment.
Technical interview 1 (face-to-face) — deep focus on Oracle SQL.
Technical interview 2 (face-to-face) — another SQL-oriented technical stage after waiting for the next email.
HR interview (face-to-face) — final HR conversation after the technical rounds. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that Oracle SQL mastery and patience for scheduling were central to the flow.
