After a recruiter touchpoint, the process moved quickly into structured rounds over the next few days.

I started with an aptitude-style check and then a group discussion, where I had to talk through my thoughts rather than just answer in isolation. The overall vibe was friendly enough that I didn’t feel grilled, but the screens still had a clear purpose.

What stood out most was how light the technical side felt in comparison to the communication and quickness they seemed to care about. In my session, there were a lot of people joining at once on Zoom, and the time to speak about a topic was pretty limited—less about deep technical detail and more about expressing ideas clearly under pressure.
