My experience started with resume shortlisting, and then I was pulled into group discussion before the HR interview.

The group discussion portion was the most difficult part for me—I felt it was tough to land my points and keep up, and it took real effort just to make it through that stage.

After that, I reached the human resources round, which was later in the sequence and acted as the final checkpoint.

It was a difficult process overall, but I did receive an offer. Looking back, the thing I respected most was that they didn’t treat everything as purely technical—they tested how I handled uncertainty in a discussion setting before moving to HR.
