I went through three interview rounds and they were fairly technical throughout.

First was a core Java setup with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Then the second technical round went deeper into Spring Security topics like OAuth2, Rest Template, and configuration details.

The final round shifted to manager/HR style questions about my current role and project, followed by salary negotiation. The progression felt like escalating depth, and the final stage blended discussion with compensation.
