I had a very short HR+technical round, and it was focused on fit more than technical trickery.

The whole thing lasted about 10 minutes, and the HR side felt supportive and easygoing from the start.

They asked a few common HR questions, and the technical portion was just light enough that it didn’t feel like a stressful hurdle. The difficulty was on the easier side, and the structure felt smooth.

I didn’t get an offer, but the process itself was calm and well-managed, and I left feeling like I hadn’t been set up to fail.
