Because it was an on-campus recruitment process, the structure was pretty clear from the start.

I went through three rounds: first an aptitude screen, then a direct face-to-face technical interview, and then an HR round. The aptitude round leaned into number-and-time style basics—things like speed, time, work, interest, and compound interest.

The face-to-face round was around 30 minutes and focused on basic programming questions and snippets they showed to me. After that came HR, which was much more personal and conversational—questions about me, my family background, and hobbies.

The overall difficulty felt average, and while the process was organized, I didn’t end up with an offer.
