This process felt faster than what I was used to.

The HR round mainly came down to role and salary discussion, and the overall timeline for joining seemed quick too. After agreements were discussed, everything moved promptly once the terms were accepted.

The one thing that didn’t feel great was the requirement to sign an agreement. Even though the pace was good, the way the final agreement step was handled left some dissatisfaction for me.

By the end, I still appreciated how quickly the process ran, but I remember feeling mixed because the final paperwork step was the part that felt the least transparent or flexible.
