HCL Tech Engineering Manager interview experience

Each technical round lasted about an hour, and the structure felt like it was built to confirm my fit step by step. HR followed afterward, and if needed, the process also included a customer round after I cleared the technical portion.

Even with that possible added stage, the flow felt straightforward and organized. I remember it being framed clearly enough that I knew what mattered at each step.
