HCL Tech Engineering Manager interview experience

The timeline felt fairly compact, but the bigger surprise was the HR outcome.

In the final HR round, the salary package wasn’t acceptable to me, and that ended the process even though I’d progressed through the earlier steps. Overall it didn’t feel like the interviews were disorganized; it was more that the final compensation didn’t line up with what I needed.
