I interviewed through three rounds with a clear split between technical depth and HR logistics.

The first two rounds were technical and happened through team video calls, and the final round was HR where we discussed salary. The way it was explained to me was that clearing the first two technical rounds would lead to selection.

The whole process felt structured, and I liked that it wasn’t ambiguous about what each stage represented. My experience didn’t end in an offer, but the format was consistent and easy to follow.
