My early-stage interviews felt like they were testing whether I could follow along and think on my feet, but the experience itself had some friction.

In one interview, the level was easy and the questions were mostly centered on OOP concepts in C++. The pace felt straightforward, although I couldn’t get one specific concept right during that conversation.

In another process, it started with a HackerRank style test that combined aptitude, verbal reasoning, and coding. I then moved into a technical coding round with Python, followed by SQL coding. After that came an HR discussion that was pretty basic—self intro, area of interest, aptitude, and having to explain my project.

There was also an interview sequence with a technical test done
