My interview journey started with a three-round structure: two technical rounds followed by a managerial/HR discussion.

The technical part felt smooth overall, and the final HR conversation ended up being less about grilling and more about general coordination and fit.

What surprised me was what didn’t happen. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no real salary discussion with HR, and the offer (once it came) was released without any prior compensation conversation, which felt unexpected. After the offer, communication about next steps or joining confirmation was minimal and lacked transparency, and the process felt more like they were meeting internal deadlines than ensuring a clear candidate
