Cambridge, MAPosted Sep 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an interview stretched across multiple dates, meeting with three different people.

Everyone I spoke with was kind, and the conversations felt respectful. As the process continued, it became clear that my skills weren’t lining up with what they were looking for.

Eventually, the decision was communicated to me, but it took a long time for them to tell me I didn’t get the position. The delay meant I spent more time waiting than I expected, and by the time I finally heard back, it wasn’t exactly surprising—just drawn out.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the tone of the interviews themselves stayed positive. The part that stayed with me was how long it took to close the loop.
