After an aptitude test cleared, I was pulled in for an interview that ended up feeling fairly structured.

The first technical part ran about 45–60 minutes, and it focused on fundamentals—projects and the basics of C and C++. Then I went into a second, more problem-solving style managerial discussion where I was asked puzzles. That round tested how I would reason through unknowns rather than just recall syntax.

Overall, the process felt smooth while I was doing it, but it dragged out in the backend. For me it took roughly two weeks from the time HR shortlisted and shared the C++ assessment through the technical and managerial rounds, and the offer side of things felt delayed and time-consuming.
