My interviews started with a phone screen, then moved to an online coding screen, and after that I did a coderpad-style question.

The final step was a simpler web app exercise where I shared my screen directly with the interviewer while I worked.

The format was very hands-on from the beginning, with each stage continuing the theme of real-time problem solving. I didn’t get far enough to reach a full onsite sequence, but the progression of rounds was clear and focused, and it gave me a decent sense of what they were looking for in day-to-day coding.
