United StatesPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience clustered around early, sometimes unclear or poorly supported steps—either limited engagement, vague instructions, or a highly structured multi-part onsite.

Coding prompt / challenge — A relatively easy coding challenge was followed by building a program with interviewer guidance.
Recruiter communication issues — In another case, scheduling went wrong (missed invite/ghosting), so the interview never properly started.
Tech interview with limited role clarity — Another path lacked clear expectations and didn’t provide meaningful detail about the role after rejection.
Recruiter screen + tech screen — I received a working solution but got rejected with no feedback.
Multi-round remote loop with no response — One process
