San Francisco, CAPosted Jan 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had three phone screens up front—two that were technical and one that focused on behavioral topics—before moving to an onsite.

On the onsite, the structure included a project interview that ran for about two hours, then separate technical and system design interviews, and finally a meeting with the hiring manager.

What stood out most to me was how consistently culture fit showed up throughout the process. Even when the rounds weren’t labeled as behavioral, it came through in how people talked about collaboration, expectations, and how the team works.

Overall, it felt like a genuinely positive experience, and I left with the sense that they were intentionally evaluating more than just raw problem solving.
