My process moved pretty linearly: first a recruiter call, then a technical interview.

After that, I was asked to complete a take-home challenge. I also ended up having a manager discussion and code review focused on what I submitted.

Everything felt mostly positive up until the moment they made their decision. After the take-home challenge round, they rejected me and offered no feedback at all. That lack of closure was what really stuck with me, because the take-home took real time and effort on my side, and I didn’t learn anything concrete from the process.
