My experience started with early contact from a recruiter and a recruiter call, but the logistics and communication didn’t go smoothly.

I repeatedly didn’t hear back for days even after I reached out, and I didn’t get a clear outline of the full process or role details, despite asking. On top of that, the recruiter call itself started late without any explanation.

Even though I continued for a bit, it became clear something was off because I later got an email saying they had decided not to move forward. The whole thing felt abrupt and frustrating because I wasn’t given much closure, and the process didn’t feel respectful of my time.

Separately, I also ran into another situation where I ended up with a generic rejection
