The interview felt different from the usual software engineering routine, but in a good way.

Instead of leaning on the classic LeetCode-style questions, the work felt more relevant to the job, and I found that shift refreshing.

Every interviewer I spoke with was genuinely nice, and the overall tone made it easier to stay comfortable. I never felt like I was being rushed or trapped in a narrow format.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I left with the sense that I’d been evaluated in a more practical way, and that the friendliness from the team made the process feel human rather than transactional.
