I went through a pretty investment-heavy process where I spent several hours interviewing after an initial phone screen.

The interviews felt like they were taking real time off my schedule, so I was expecting at least some kind of closure.

Instead, I received a cold rejection email with no feedback at all. What bothered me most was not just the rejection, but the complete lack of guidance afterward—I couldn’t tell what went wrong or what to improve. Overall it left a bad taste because I felt the effort I put in wasn’t treated with any respect or transparency.
