San Francisco, CAPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied and went through early stages that stretched across several months—phone interview, then a technical assessment, then I was told to block time for additional interviews and sign an NDA.

I did all of that and submitted my availability for the following weeks.

After signing the NDA and scheduling out time, I was completely ghosted. No follow-up ever came, and after waiting for months I later learned the job posting had been taken down.

The only communication I did receive was a courtesy-style email indicating the role had been filled, but it didn’t justify the long silence. I didn’t get an offer, and the process left me feeling like there was no real operational follow-through even for something as simple as next steps.
