Denver, COPosted Jul 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Early on, the process immediately felt poorly coordinated.

During my first technical screen, the interviewer missed the scheduled time and I ended up being rescheduled a week later with someone else.

Even once the new session started, it didn’t build confidence—there was a lot of time lost to unrelated conversation, including a distracting detour about the interviewer’s cat instead of staying focused on the technical part.

The overall impression was that the interview wasn’t being managed well, and I didn’t move forward to an offer from there.
