I applied online and received a HackerRank assessment.

After passing that, I did two phone interviews, with the first one needed before the second. Once those were complete, they flew me out for an onsite.

The onsite had two main pieces: one behavioral interview and one peer-programming interview. In the peer pairing, I worked with two engineers to solve a problem that they said they had faced previously at work.

It was an overall pleasant experience, but I still didn’t receive an offer. What I remembered most was the collaborative feel of the peer programming round and how the onsite seemed designed to reflect real work contexts.
