Denver, COPosted Jan 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process felt fairly structured and staged.

I first did a recruiter conversation, then an online assessment on CodeSignal. After that, there was a live coding challenge with an interviewer, and finally a values alignment interview paired with a mini coding task.

I didn’t move forward at the end, but I wasn’t totally surprised because I’d felt I was late in the overall process and the timing didn’t seem to be on my side.

Even without getting an offer, the sequence was easy to follow and clear about what kind of questions were coming next, which made the rejection less confusing than it could’ve been.
