Savannah, GAPosted Sep 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ran into a longer, multi-step path where early screening led to panels, but I also saw examples of delays and very streamlined question sets.

Career-fair to recruiter outreach (phone interviews) — A recruiter contacted me within a week for a phone interview, then I had another phone call with the hiring manager focused more on soft skills and my internship experience.
Conference call panel (final round) — The final stage was a conference call with a panel; the split was about equally between prior project work and soft-skill discussion.
Application stuck then canceled (timeline issue) — In another experience, my application sat “forwarded to hiring manager” for months before the role was canceled.
**Very simple
