Kuala LumpurPosted Sep 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a pretty standard early pipeline: a short HR call, then a Codility coding test covering Java and SQL, followed by two technical rounds with solution engineers in different regions.

The technical interviews felt like they were focused on how I approached problems and how I communicated through solutions.

After I finished the second technical round, I didn’t get any clear next update. The process essentially stalled, and there was no result shared back with me, which left me in limbo. I ended up not receiving an offer, but what stayed with me most was the lack of closure after the interviews were completed.
