My process ended up being long and drawn out, taking about 6 to 8 months overall, and it included around six interviews plus several assessments.

It didn’t feel like a quick screening pipeline—it was more like a sustained sequence of evaluations.

What helped me get through it was that each round included feedback from my recruiter. After each stage, I was told where I was performing well and what they wanted me to improve, so I wasn’t totally guessing what they cared about.

Even with that kind of loop, I didn’t end up receiving an offer. My reflection was that the process dragged enough to test my patience, but the consistent feedback made it feel more structured than most, especially over such a long timeline.
