Guidewire Software Engineer interview experience

The interviewers seemed unsure about what they were going to ask, and the whole flow felt shabbily put together—like my time wasn’t treated with much care.

To make it worse, the hiring manager showed up 15 minutes late. That delay wasn’t just inconvenient; it changed the tone of the whole conversation, and it felt like there wasn’t real coordination behind the scenes.

I didn’t receive an offer. My honest reflection was that the lack of clarity about the interview structure, combined with the lateness, made it hard to judge my performance fairly—because the process itself felt unfocused.
