I had an easy interview experience personally, but the process itself was marred by delays and lack of organization, leaving me waiting too long.

Recruiter/HR follow-ups (delayed decisions) — I stayed in limbo for over a month and received delayed updates; in one case I had to decide with very short notice.
No decision / disorganized communication — In another similar situation, I never heard back after interviewing and the schedule changed last minute. Outcome: I didn’t get a clear successful result; the takeaway was that timing and follow-through issues affected the overall experience.
