I went through a difficult, early-cut process with mostly recruiter/initial team conversations before any full superday.

Initial recruiting / phone screen — A quick conversation about my background and interest in the role; one round seemed to be positioned as the first of two technical interviews before anything behavioral.
Team interview + group interview (no full superday) — I had a phone interview with members of the team, then a group-style interview; the process felt very personalized and moved quickly. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the journey felt fast—either I fell short early or the remaining rounds never fully materialized.
