Guardian Life Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Positive

New York, NYPosted Aug 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a phone interview first, and after about ten days I received a call to come in for a face-to-face interview.

The onsite experience felt easy overall.

After that, they informed me that I had cleared all the rounds, and I was told I’d receive an offer within a day or two. Even though the process seemed to conclude quickly on their side, I still didn’t end up with an offer.

What stood out was how confident the feedback sounded right after the final in-person and HR conversations, even though the formal offer never materialized.
