Bethlehem, PAPosted Apr 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview was derailed in a way I still found hard to believe.

I showed up and basically got stood up—there wasn’t any clear plan in place, and the manager wasn’t there. People around me didn’t seem to know anything about what was supposed to happen.

It became an outright waste of time because there was no substantive interview, no replacement interviewer, and no momentum.

I wasn’t selected, but the bigger issue was how unmanaged the whole day felt.
